Reiki is a gentle energy-based wellness practice used to encourage relaxation, reflection and energy awareness.
You will have a brief conversation with the practitioner, then rest quietly while Reiki is offered through non-invasive hand positions near or gently on the body, according to your comfort and consent.
Yes. You remain fully clothed throughout the session. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
An in-person Reiki session lasts approximately one hour.

Distance Reiki is a remotely conducted practice arranged for an agreed time. You can participate from a quiet place at home or another comfortable location. Experiences vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Yes, a responsible parent, guardian or caregiver may enquire. Their consent and supervision are required.
No. Reiki is complementary and must not replace medical diagnosis, prescribed medication, counselling, emergency support or veterinary care.
No. Level 1 is designed for beginners and focuses on foundations, self-practice, ethics and responsible everyday use.
